I had an unforgettable stay at Riad Ghali Hotel & Spa. The staff on the rooftop terrace were amazing, making sure my friends and I had a great time. The terrace itself was massive and perfect for a chill night with drinks. The bed in my room was comfortable and the riad had a beautiful courtyard with a nice pool. I also appreciated the helpful recommendations from Tufik, the best staff at the hotel. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and rooftop terrace.

This small riad is conveniently located just a short walk away from the bustling Jemaa el Fna square. It is situated in a beautiful and well-kept neighborhood, surrounded by locals. The room in the riad was spacious and comfortable, with a high ceiling and lovely furniture. The bathroom was clean and had a large shower with hot water. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist. The continental breakfast offered was satisfying, and the WiFi was fast and reliable.

There was one aspect of the hotel that fell short. The collaboration with the city tour organizer named Lolla proved to be unreliable and misleading.

Couldn't fault.

I was initially worried about the size of the rooftop suite, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was done. It may be small, but it was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. The staff, especially Pascal, were professional and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the riad was perfect, right in the center of the eclectic Messina. They were also great with kids, which was a bonus.

The hotel we stayed at this Easter had a fantastic rooftop view of the city, with a lovely setting for breakfast. The location was within walking distance of many historical sites and restaurants. Plus, the hotel staff was very pleasant and informative about the city, which added to our experience.

Our stay was less than perfect due to a few issues. The internet was non-existent, which made it difficult to research the area or plan the day's activities.
