This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like free wi-fi, luggage storage, a cozy bar area, and a wonderful restaurant. I remember how the staff helped me with a late check-out during my first stay. I recommend trying the local dishes! I'm coming back for a business trip.

i was absolutely thrilled to step into the charming gran hotel de passage, but the freezing cold room and the dreadful smell in the entrance really dampened my spirits. after all this, i was really looking forward to a complimentary upgrade or maybe even a nice welcome gift, but i guess that was too much to ask for. disappointed.

Braw wee hotel! Loved the restaurant's Flemish stew, pure delicious! Emil, the host, was a cracking lad, full of local tips. Just a pity the room was a bit chilly and no soap in sight. Would still come back, though!

oh, the room was lovely, but shockingly there was no door on the bathroom—how quaint! also, I defintely expected a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble. the narrow passageway was downright terrifying, and the smell of food! what an experience. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. 10/10 for my disappointment.

We had a lovely time exploring Bruges together, especially enjoying the nearby bistro, which offered excellent food. The hotel was clean and comfortable, despite our group of five teens. everyone had a good night’s sleep here.

In my wife’s opinion, two rooms would be a better fit for a family. The stairs were a bit tricky with luggage.
