We loved the hotel's central location in Bruges, right in the heart of everything. It was so convenient to be near shops, cafes, and the main square. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, everything was tidy and well-maintained. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Ideal for our Christmas stay. Loved the charming restaurant downstairs with great food and super staff. The access system and recently redecorated rooms were a real bonus.

In the shower, it would have been great to have some hooks for towels/clothes. , the lack of privacy with no door to the WC and the shower being in the room with a glass door was a bit uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, centrally located on a quiet side street near other restaurants and cafes. As bike riders, we appreciated the convenience of having all the main sights within walking distance.

We felt looked after throughout our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The location and staffs here are absolutely mind-blowing! Within walking distance to all essential places, and the restaurant downstairs serves the most splendid food, especially the jaw-dropping steak tartare!

We recently stayed at a cozy small hotel in the center of Bruges. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from all the interesting places to visit. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, nice, and spacious. The hotel recently underwent renovation, so everything looked fresh and new. The staff, especially those at the restaurant below the accommodation, were friendly and helpful. The owners of the hotel made our stay truly special, treating us like friends from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

This was our 2nd visit. We’d loved it so much in June that we came back. Great location near shops and cafes, a few minutes walk from the main market square and belfry. Beautifully decorated hotel with modern, clean rooms. Massive, comfy bed with soft pillows. Nicely decorated bathroom. Sufficient storage. Recently refurbished rooms with fresh, new look. Great air conditioning. Excellent restaurant with local specialities. Nice and helpful staff. Convenient parking in nearby garage.

Easily accessible with cheap parking nearby , clean and cozy 4-person room, convenient number-lock doors instead of keys, friendly bar staff who gave great recommendations, clean showers, delicious food at the breakfast bar.

The location of the hotel was great, close to all the main attractions of the city. It was also reasonably priced for a Christmas stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable during our stay.

The shared facilities were not well-maintained, with broken toilets and clogged sinks. The noise from the corridors and other rooms made it difficult for us to get a restful sleep.
