The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the center but also in a quiet area. We didn't have to deal with the noise and bustle of the city, allowing us to have a peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel was on top of everything else, offering a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed a delicious dinner with an amazing view.

It was hard to find restaurants nearby, making it a bit inconvenient for dining options.

It's just outside the main area, so you can escape the hustle and bustle while still being conveniently located. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with arranging transportation and tours. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could want. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. I also enjoyed the spa services, including the hammam and massage. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We had a fantastic new year's stay at this beautifully restored traditional Moroccan building. the comfortable beds and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. We loved the local official guide arranged by the hotel, who gave us a great understanding of the city’s culture and history. the location was just perfect, with everything we needed within a walking distance. Plus, we enjoyed every morning a delicious breakfast that gave us the energy to start our adventures.

We found some of the additional costs a bit expensive compared to other places we've stayed before. Charges for basic items like water and mint tea weren't included, and we had to pay extra for our laundry.

Beautifully maintained Riad with a stunning terrace for enjoying sunrise and sunset. The staff, especially Mohamed, were attentive and provided excellent service. The interior courtyard and rooftop views were breathtaking. The spacious rooms were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the helpfulness of Faoud in arranging tours and transportation. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

One minor drawback was the lack of variety in the breakfast options, as there was an abundance of bread. Additionally, the hotel's location in a maze-like neighborhood made it a bit challenging to find, especially when arriving by car.

The highlight of our stay was the hamam experience, which was absolutely amazing. We were able to enjoy this together as a couple, enhancing the overall relaxation and luxury of our stay.

The lack of free basics like water and mint tea was disappointing, as we have experienced them being included in other riads we've stayed in. Additionally, we found the prices for laundry to be quite expensive for just a few items.
