Loved the traditional style of this renovated building with beautiful local artefacts. the location was great, close to many places of interest. We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, with clean and large bathrooms. the rooftop terrace had stunning views.

We found the staff to be lacking in hospitality, making us feel unwelcome. the breakfast was unsatisfactory, with cold food and limited options.

From the moment of our arrival to the moment of our departure, the entire staff made us feel like honored guests in this beautiful home. We transferred from the airport using transport arranged by the riad. We were greeted by our driver at the airport and driven into the city. Upon reaching the edge of the medina where cars could no longer drive, we were met by a member of the riad staff who helped with our luggage and led us through the pedestrian-only paths to the riad. During our stay, we ate breakfast and dinner at the riad each day. We enjoyed delicious, hearty breakfasts and a menu of outstanding traditional dishes for a 3-course dinner each evening. Our room was large and comfortable as was the bath. the rooftop terrace outside our room was a treat and offered an expansive view of the medina. the manager arranged several wonderful private tours for us with excellent private guides as well as arranging a visit to a hammam. the entire staff was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests.

I recently stayed at Riad Letchina for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Ahmed and Monik, were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even provided us with breakfast when we woke up late and helped us print our flight tickets. The terrace views were stunning, and the courtyard sitting area was cool and comfortable. The breakfast they served was delicious, especially the orange juice.
