As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near the cultural park and old town. The breakfast and restaurant had amazing food with a great view. The hotel also had a kids club, free sauna, valet parking, and Turkish bath.

During my recent stay at Hotel Celik Palas Convention Center & Thermal Spa, I had an exceptional experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The facilities were top-notch, especially the thermal spa, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The rooms were elegantly designed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment. The staff, particularly the receptionist Rabia, were welcoming, friendly, and professional, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. I also appreciated the historical information provided by Kadri, which enhanced my sightseeing experience. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this hotel.

Although my stay at Hotel Celik Palas Convention Center & Thermal Spa was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The reception staff could be more helpful and accommodating, as their attitude was sometimes restrictive.

I loved staying at this historic hotel with its ideal location and spectacular views. The rooms were spacious and many had balconies, providing additional outdoor space. The breakfast offered a wholesome selection, including cook-to-order eggs, fresh cheeses, and breads. The spa services were excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Burak at the front desk for the room upgrade. an exceptional hotel with great amenities.

The breakfast was tasty with some typical dishes. There was a complimentary beverage on arrival as well. the location was great, as it was near the public transport. the room was spacious.

The staff needs to work on their communication skills. the room was not clean, and the minibar had not been restocked.

The location was great, as it was in a good area within walking distance to parks. The hotel was also conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and the bed linen was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

There were some issues with the bathrooms, such as peeling paint and showers that didn't work properly.

The room was cozy, breakfast had tasty variety, and the staff, especially Pinar, were friendly and helpful. The manager personally ensures great service. Comfortable bed and quick service. Convenient location near a bus stop. Lovely city view from the restaurant. Spa facilities, including private hammam, are excellent.

We had a truly luxurious experience here. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and the massage was one of the best we've ever had. the indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the sauna and steam room were top-notch. We also enjoyed the sun terrace and the garden area. the room was exquisite, with exclusive amenities and comfortable bedding. the restaurant had a great selection of food and the bar/lounge area was a cozy spot to unwind.

The make-up services were not as expected. One minor issue was that the location was a bit far from the city center.
