We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom soaps smelled absolutely delicious. The pool area was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the working air conditioning was a godsend on the hot days. We also loved the location of this hotel, tucked away in a small walking alley within easy reach of the main square. It felt like a true oasis in the midst of the bustling city. we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I also had the opportunity to experience a hammam at the riad, which was a rejuvenating and authentic Moroccan spa experience. Additionally, I appreciated the convenient location of the riad, being close to local shops and restaurants while still offering a peaceful retreat. my experience at Riad Shama Suites & Spa was fantastic and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Spent a wonderful Xmas break in this hotel. Enjoyed a very diverse and delicious breakfast every morning. the hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace that offers great views and a peaceful place to sunbathe or just relax. the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the spa offers great value services for a relaxing massage. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

Finding your way back from the main square can be a little bit confusing and may take about 20-25 minutes on foot. Taxis can be a bit expensive, and the taxi drivers tend to overcharge tourists.

I gotta say, Riad Shama was a steal! The room was comfy and clean, and the value for money was top-notch. The staff were super helpful and sorted out everything from taxis to massages. Plus, the location was awesome with plenty of shops and cheap local food nearby.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with Moroccan ware, and the bathrooms are exquisite with plenty of hot water. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the city and the Atlas Mountains. the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel has a restaurant serving tasty meals.
