We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a charming and narrow alleyway. The location within the city walls was perfect, as we were just a short walk away from local attractions and amenities. The staff at this hotel were exceptional and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and took care of everything. The housekeeping service was top-notch, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Another highlight was the in-room amenities, including air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in rooms was a convenient feature.

The hotel was in a great location close to the palaces and the bustling Medina. the staff were fantastic, always willing to help. the common areas were well kept and the rooftop was a great place to relax and sunbathe. the family room was very spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was limited in choice, which could be an issue for fussy eaters. the beds were very firm, which might not be to everyone's liking.

The owner, Georges, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. He provided me with valuable information and even made restaurant reservations for me. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. The triple room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the facilities were top-notch.
