This hotel is well located in a really good neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and transportation options. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in good condition. The rooms, especially the ones for three people, offer ample space and even have blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and gives you a good start to the day.

The hotel's location on Wismarplatz, a pleasant tree-lined square, was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently situated near the subway station and provided easy access to transportation. Additionally, we found the surrounding area to be filled with restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, making it extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early after our early morning flight.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive and accommodating staff at Gold. They quickly provided us with a kettle when we requested one, even though it wasn't initially available. Additionally, they were understanding when we declined housekeeping and ensured our room was kept clean during our 5-day stay. Despite some minor issues with the internet and room cleanliness, we were still pleased with our overall experience. The location was convenient, and the breakfast option was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and good value.

The hotel is conveniently located on Wismarplatz, a pleasant square lined with trees. It is in a not so central area, but there are plenty of bars just a short distance away, perfect for a night out. The nearest subway stop is also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a good level of service. Additionally, there is free parking available opposite the main entrance.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved. There were instances of dirty rooms and insufficiently cleaned areas, such as a chunk of dirt in the middle of one room and stains on the carpet.

Found this hotel to be very conveniently located, with lots of great options for food and drink close by. the staff were friendly and always happy to help if I had any questions.

The reception and common areas could have done with a bit of a refresh, as they looked a bit tired and dated. I also found it a little bit difficult to communicate with some of the staff who didn't speak much English.
