We had an incredible stay at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden. the hotel is a serene oasis tucked away in a quiet area, yet still convenient to the city center. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and felt like we were in our own private house. the staff, especially Yassine and his team, went above and beyond to cater to our every need. They even made homemade yogurt for us when we requested it for breakfast. the 6 lovely rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the attention to detail in the decor and architecture was beautiful. It truly felt like paradise, and we can't wait to return.

The location was so convenient, I didn't even have to leave the city to explore! The free breakfast, airport shuttle, and grocery service were just icing on the cake. The decor was a beautiful mix of traditional and elegance.

Oh, and of course, it was such a disappointment not to have a restaurant menu and complementary bottled water in the room.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in a fancy area close to the happening parts of the city. It is just a short walk away from Gueliz, where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself has beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The small yet practical shower rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel provide excellent service and make you feel welcome throughout your stay. The breakfast is amazing, with a view over the pool and rooftop.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved. The pool is unheated, which could be disappointing for guests looking to take a swim, especially during cooler weather.

We had a lovely Christmas at this hotel. the surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. the location was convenient for exploring both old and new areas of the city on foot. the staff were friendly and gave us great advice on what to do in the area. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food and the luxurious rooms, which were cleaned regularly.

We had a fabulous stay at a hidden gem in a bustling city. The magical gardens and waking up to birds singing made our mornings unforgettable. The exceptional tips from the staff led us to three amazing days exploring. The personalized service and close proximity to attractions made this hotel a top choice.

This hotel provided an outstanding and luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities and services fulfilled all my needs and desires. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers are perfect for leisure and relaxation. the garden area is well-maintained, complete with sun terraces and beach umbrellas. the restaurant has a varied selection of speciality menus and the in-room breakfast was delightful. the private facilities were exclusive and the location advantages were highly convenient. the room advantages were outstanding, with beautiful furnishings and spectacular views.

There was only one minor issue, that being the high prices charged for some amenities such as coffee and bottled water. While I understand there may not be other options available, the prices seemed a bit excessive.

The setting is idyllic, a quiet oasis in a very good part of town. The hotel's private walled garden and tranquil pool provide a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially the breakfast waiter, were lovely and provided attentive but unobtrusive service. The hotel is conveniently located with a taxi rank nearby and within walking distance of Jemma el Finna and the train station. The warm welcome, helpful map, and instructions for local sightseeing made our stay even more enjoyable.
