During my stay over Christmas, I was pleased with the amenities provided at this hotel. The pool was clean and inviting, with multiple cleanings throughout the day. Additionally, the hotel had good WiFi access and even offered two computers with internet access in the business center. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a helpful concierge desk and a shuttle van to the airport.

There were a few aspects that I did not enjoy during my stay. The service in the bar and lounge area was not as good as in the restaurant.

The location by the Indian Ocean was breathtaking. We enjoyed the beautiful beachfront and the infinity pool with stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, fulfilling all our needs from room service to laundry. The room was immaculately clean and well-equipped, with all the amenities we could ask for like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the variety of dining options available, from the restaurant to the bar/lounge area.

We highly recommend this place to all our friends. They will definitely enjoy the beach access and the comfortable amenities provided.

I stayed at Southern Sun for the third time and it was truly awesome. The rooms have a charming old feel and the bar is cozy. The hotel offers a wide selection of food and is extremely responsive to emails and guest requests. The location and view are fantastic, especially if you have a sea-facing room. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous and the room is very comfortable.

The gardeners need to be more considerate with their timing of operation, as they were operating their lawn mowers during breakfast time. The gym facilities could also use some improvement.
