This hotel was the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the high-quality service, every need was fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of the trip, with an impressive indoor swimming pool, immaculate sauna, and invigorating Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was equally impressive, with beach access and plenty of sun loungers. the stunning garden area and spa centre provided a serene environment that was perfect for relaxation. the hotel boasted an entertainment schedule that included live shows, karaoke, and much more.

the live music was fantastic, but the performers were a little too loud for our liking.

The location is great as it is close to the beach and the city center. the Christmas decorations were lovely and really put us in the holiday spirit. the spa treatments were amazing and a great way to relax during the holiday season.

The food was not very diverse and lacked flavor. the staff were not very friendly and did not seem to enjoy their jobs.

Some guests experienced rude service from the staff, which can be a letdown when trying to enjoy a vacation.

I loved the variety of swimming pools, especially the heated ones in November. The hotel had great kids facilities and entertainment. The food was delicious with many choices. The hotel was situated near beautiful natural and historical sites.
