The staff, such as Kishan and Shahem, go above and beyond to ensure guests are well taken care of.

One negative aspect is the limited beach area, which can be a disappointment for those looking to enjoy a larger beachfront.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel has a private beach that is not crowded, providing a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location is also great, away from the busy areas of the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful New Year's Eve stay at the all-inclusive hotel. We loved the excellent service from the staff and the huge variety of restaurants. the hotel's location, situated between the beautiful beach and refreshing pool, made it the perfect spot to relax. the free upgrade to an adult-only zone room was a great bonus that made our stay even better. the glass-bottom boat ride and pedalos provided a fun and memorable experience for us.

Although the staff were friendly, we did experience a small issue with a leak in the bathroom which required attention. we would have appreciated clearer signage to differentiate between the adults and family areas of the hotel.

Attitude at the Ravenala hotel was exceptional. the staff's care and attention to our needs were outstanding. They were always ready to assist us and make our stay comfortable. the spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the gardens added to our enjoyment. the breakfast options were diverse and catered to various dietary preferences, including vegan and child-friendly choices. One of the highlights of our stay was the romantic dinner we had on the waterfront deck. We highly recommend this hotel and extend our gratitude to Mr David and the staff for making it one of our best stays.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, set in a quiet area that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We were blown away by the exceptional service we received from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, even upgrading us to a beachfront room and decorating it with petals. The rooms themselves were spacious and luxurious, much better than what we expected from the pictures online. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pools, and beach access. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the buffet restaurant, with the Indian counter being a highlight. The activities and entertainment provided by the hotel were also enjoyable, keeping us entertained throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families for its excellent service and amenities.

had an amazing valentine's day at attitude in balaclava - exceeded my expectations! beautiful communal areas, friendly staff, and delicious food. the boat trip to swim with turtles was a highlight. highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

We had an amazing experience at Ravenala Attitude. From the warm greeting upon check-in to the spacious and comfortable family suite, everything was excellent. the resort had ten restaurants to choose from, with the buffet at Mozaic being a standout. the Indian Counter offered delicious food, and the staff, including Harish Singh and Bhupendra, took special care of our needs.
