The lovely ethnic Thai style gardens on the perimeters of the hotel create a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The high-end ambience is ideal for business meetings. The staff is friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast and restaurants are great. Room 528 provides a comfortable stay with a decent European standard. The hotel offers free water, soft drinks, and beers in the fridge. The gym and swimming pool are nice, with a beautiful garden. The hotel is close to the famous Schwedagon Pagoda, a must-visit attraction in the area.

The best aspects were the beautiful public areas and pool, the quiet location near the lake and People's Park, the good firm bed, and the superb breakfast buffet with a wide choice of options. The absolute highlight was the amazing value of the weekend buffet in the Japanese restaurant. We loved the interface with the host who arranged tempura or Teppanyaki style from our buffet selections. The staff throughout our stay were very helpful, obliging, and happy. The amenities were great and the spa was very good. we highly recommend this hotel.

The only negative aspect was that it was not obvious to find the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the pagoda and a comfortable bed with the best pillows. The location was ideal for visiting the Shwedagon Pagoda, and the staff treated us with kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could be better, especially in terms of variety and options available.

Amazing New Year experience! the staff was super helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to key attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and had an uneven surface, resulting in backaches after sleeping for just a few nights. Additionally, the promised fruit delivery to our room didn't happen except for the first day, which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a great location near Karaweik, which made it convenient for attending a big concert nearby. The hotel is situated beside a beautiful lake, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The rooms were clean and the service was exemplary, with friendly staff greeting guests warmly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel had excellent facilities such as a lobby lounge and a restaurant with a cake surprise for guests celebrating birthdays.

The towels in the hotel were a bit old and stiff.

I recently stayed at Chatrium in Yangon for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience. The pool area was beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and always clean. The breakfast was delicious and opened early, perfect for my early check out. Nolan from the buffet breakfast was the most amazing employee, so enthusiastic and friendly. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, consistently tidying up and replenishing our room. The staff outside were always polite and efficient. the hotel provided a relaxing and memorable stay.

The check-in process was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The view from our room overlooking the pagoda was stunning, especially during sunset. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with the best pillows we had during our entire trip. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of food options for all guests. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was well-maintained with plenty of shade from the palm trees. We would definitely stay at Chatrium Hotel again in the future.
