This place suits me perfectly. It provides reliable Wi-Fi, laundry service, and a cozy lounge area. I still remember how the staff helped me choose the right taxi on my first visit. Don't forget to ask for espresso at breakfast! I'm coming back for Easter.

The location is superb, only minutes from the ferry stop, tucked away on a quiet street. The breakfast spread was delightful and the staff's warmth created a welcoming atmosphere.

Some rooms show their age, needing updates and renovations for comfort. The air conditioning was less effective than hoped, especially during warmer moments, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Make sure to ask for espresso instead of using the coffee machine at breakfast for a better start to your day.

The air conditioning system needs an update, as it was noisy and tricky to adjust!!! The room required a detailed reconstruction, and the bathroom layout was awkward with insufficient towel hanging space!!! Some outlets were badly needed!!!

Staying here was such a treat! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of wholesome options to kickstart your day. The location was delightful, nestled in a peaceful area but close enough to catch a boat into the heart of Venice.

However, the bed felt a bit worn and could use a refresh. Also, I'd suggest that they improve the breakfast service during busy hours as it can be hard to get your usual morning fix.

great views of the lagoon! the staff was attentive and welcoming. loved having breakfast in the lovely garden, where you could enjoy some fresh air. the hotel was quite clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay!

However, a disappointing experience with staff highlighted poor communication regarding room issues, which overshadowed our holiday enjoyment. Despite the clean and comfortable accommodations, a lack of politeness from service staff and unhelpful responses during our concerns soured the overall atmosphere.

We loved staying here with our four kids! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the fresh fruits and pastries that delighted everyone.
