The shower in our room did not work properly and the hooks for the towels were loose.

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal - they go above and beyond to assist you with anything you need, Jay and Pino are incredible! The hotel is impressively clean and modern, with a great wi-fi connection. The breakfast is delicious and the fact that there's free private parking is a major bonus. The location may not be central, but the bus stop right outside the hotel takes you to the city center in no time. It's a perfect solution if you're driving or flying in. Plus, the receptionists are extremely nice and helpful.
