Great value for money, one of the best properties I've stayed at. The room was beautiful and the staff were excellent, especially at the front desk and bell boys. The location for sightseeing and the airport was convenient.

The breakfast selection could be improved, specifically the coffee service.

the exclusive amenities of the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Body scrub. the service was amazing, and the staff was attentive and helpful. The private facilities, such as the BBQ facilities, Sun terrace, Sun loungers, and Garden area. Cons: the outdoor swimming pool area lacked beach umbrellas, which made it hard to enjoy the area during the hot and sunny days.

My New Year at this hotel was an amazing experience. the breakfast was complimentary and the staff was very courteous and welcoming. the location is perfect, with a great view of the nearby lake. Another great advantage was the all-around clean facilities, from the bathroom to the pool.

We had an amazing stay at this premier lake view hotel. the service was the best we've ever experienced, and the staff, especially Assistant Front Office Manager Maung Maung Nyein Htike, were superbly attentive. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view of the lake. the Pagoda view was impressive, and the amenities, including the Club floor and access to the business center, were fantastic. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious cuisines. a perfect stay with above and beyond hospitality.

During my recent stay at Lotte Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort. The lakeview from my room was absolutely breathtaking, providing a sense of tranquility. The reception team was extremely professional and even upgraded my room when it wasn't ready. The convenience of being close to the airport was also a major advantage.

Although there were some ups and downs, overall I would highly recommend Lotte Hotel for its convenience, luxury, and stunning lakeview.
