The location of this lodge was absolutely stunning! Being surrounded by the desert and watching the sunset from the room's deck was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The colors of the surrounding landscape were breathtaking, and I couldn't capture it all in my camera. the room itself was amazing. It felt very private and had incredible views of the desert and sunset. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of nature.

While my overall experience at this lodge was amazing, there were a few downsides. For the price we paid, I expected more services and amenities.

I surprised my husband with a trip to this stunning lodge in the heart of the Namib Desert. The luxurious tents, complete with superb air conditioning and gorgeous decor, exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and privacy, while still providing excellent service. The chilled pool was perfect for soaking up the sun, and we were thrilled to spot the oryx freely roaming the area. The lodge also offered various tours and adventures, and our hostess Gerda was a dream. We highly recommend this lodge and would definitely stay here again.
