The breathtaking panoramic view was one of the best aspects of my stay. I could see the reserve from every angle, which was simply amazing. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Plus, the complimentary drinks were a really nice touch. The location was also excellent - it was easy to get to and close to other key attractions.

The lighting along the pathway to my room was very dim which made it difficult to navigate, especially for older guests. some menu options were not always available during my stay.

The pathway to the lodge can be challenging for older guests due to dim lighting, especially during early morning departures.
