I had the pleasure of staying at a characterful hotel recently and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful old building with a stunning central courtyard. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant called Quai 17 that I highly recommend. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This hotel really captures the essence of old-world charm. The building itself is stunning, with its classic wrought ironwork and beautiful galleries and staircases. The rooms, although small, have a certain 3-star charm to them. I particularly loved the rooms with balconies overlooking the canals - the views were absolutely breathtaking. And the location couldn't be better - right in the center, overlooking the bustling harbor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to local restaurants on the quay. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the canal. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided good service and were attentive to our needs. Plus, there is a garage available for parking.

The hotel was perfectly located for our New Year's Eve festivities, with easy access to all of the action. the hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the hotel had a beautiful courtyard area that was perfect for relaxing and hanging out with friends.

The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. When we first arrived, our room was not properly cleaned, with dust and hair remaining from the previous guests.

Great value for money, with a lovely room and spacious bathroom. The hotel's location at the junction of the canals was perfect, and the old-fashioned style added to its charm. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and charming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could be improved by having a proper cafetière instead of a frustrating machine. It would add more glamour and service to the hotel.
