The Fish Tail Lodge was the perfect choice for our romantic getaway in Nepal. We were surrounded by the serene beauty of Phewa Lake and the majestic mountains. The hotel's location was unbeatable. The welcome drink and wet towel upon arrival made us feel refreshed after the long journey. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delightful, a true treat for our taste buds. The lodge also offers a variety of activities such as trekking and paragliding through their travel desk. The staff were kind and caring, making us feel like royalty throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic escape or a family retreat.

The 24/7 boat service makes it easy to access the hotel in just a minute. Leaving luggage while going on treks is allowed. The hotel is one of the oldest in the area. The food is fantastic. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking, with the majestic Dhaulagiri, Fish Tail mountain and Annapurna ranges in sight. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. The rooms are well-maintained and the common areas are spotless. The hotel staff is attentive and friendly. They provide excellent service and make you feel welcome. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying. It is a great way to start your day.

Authentic and rustic stay with excellent location surrounded by lake and Himalayan peaks. Garden rooms have small garden area but be cautious of mosquitos. Spectacular views of Fish Tail mountain and lake from restaurant. Helpful staff, allows guests to leave luggage during trek. Truly enjoyed our stay.

I had an incredible stay at a lakeside resort in Pokhara. The beautiful backdrop of snow-capped mountains and Fewa Lake made it a truly unforgettable experience. The team at the lodge, led by General Manager Arun, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The Ayurvedic Massage at the Fishtail spa was incredibly relaxing and I highly recommend it. If you find yourself in Nepal, this place is an absolute must-visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Despite their quaint and colonial design, they were in need of maintenance and renovation. Many bulbs were not working, resulting in poor lighting, and the locks on the windows were bent and could not be properly secured.
