My family and I recently stayed at The Landing At Seven Coves for a weekend getaway. The apartment was spacious and the balcony overlooking the lake was a highlight. The amenities offered by the resort, such as the large pool and park for kids, were great. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy, even though we arrived late. The location was perfect for enjoying activities like fishing from the balcony. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Being able to fish from the balcony and catch bass and catfish was a highlight. The location on the lake Conroe with balconies overlooking the lake was absolutely beautiful. The amenities, including the jacuzzi tub, WiFi, and fully equipped kitchen, were top-notch. The staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed the convenience of having various shopping options within a short drive. Despite it being off-season, there were still enough activities to keep us busy, especially at the fantastic fishing area nearby. The condo was well-equipped and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Drawbacks: However, we did encounter a few minor inconveniences. the requirement to inventory every item in the apartment within 24 hours of arrival was a bit tedious.

The hotel is located right on the tranquil Lake Conroe, offering breathtaking views from the balconies overlooking the water. This hotel is a true gem! The location right on the lake is simply breathtaking, and the rooms with comfortable beds are just what we needed. The basic amenities were more than enough, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the prices were unbeatable. Plus, the nearby area is close to restaurants and everything you need on vacation. We especially loved being by the water and enjoying the view.

There were several negative aspects to my stay. the fishing experience was disappointing as the lake was frequently rough and it was difficult to net the fish due to the high balcony.

The basic amenities provided were great, and the rooms were spacious enough for four people. it was a great value for money.

The only positive aspects were the complementary breakfast and the view of the lake. the location is also conveniently close to restaurants and stores. However, the room was dirty and outdated. the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a strong odor. the noise from neighboring rooms kept me up all night. Needless to say, my New Year's Eve was not as happy as I hoped.

The negatives outweighed the positives.
