I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and provided excellent customer service. They were very attentive and professional, even with my littlest requests. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to fast food chains that are open 24 hours. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The gym was well-equipped with new equipment, and the buffet breakfast had delicious food, especially the mashed potatoes. The hotel was also surrounded by many restaurants and was just a short distance from the city center.

The view from our room was stunning, with a beautiful river just outside our window. The personalized welcome letter and tasty treats left for us added a special touch to our romantic escape. We were also impressed with the well-equipped gym and the moderate-sized swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, as we had to request a room change due to lizard droppings and ants in our first room. The air conditioning unit also leaked in both rooms.
