I recently had an amazing week staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Thamel and within walking distance of the most important temples in the city. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure my stay was top-notch. The room was cozy and surprisingly quiet, allowing me to avoid the noise of the area. I particularly loved the cozy and sunny garden where I could enjoy excellent coffee and tea anytime. The food at the hotel was also great, offering a wide range of options for breakfast, both traditional Nepali and European. I was thoroughly impressed with the value for money, attention to detail, and the basic amenities provided at this hotel.

The property and rooms are aesthetically designed, immaculately maintained, and the rooms are of decent size and extremely clean. The wifi works perfectly and the food at Kathmandu Grill is delicious and reasonably priced. The biggest plus is the exceptional service provided by the manager and staff. They go out of their way to make guests comfortable and help with itinerary planning. Highly recommend this hotel.

A Home Away from Home

I arrived at Encounter Nepal & Spa and immediately felt like I was entering my second home. The staff treated me like family, always ready to help and make my stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy and the hot and cold water was available 24/7. I also enjoyed the high-speed Wi-Fi, which was free of charge. Thanks to the friendly staff, my vacation was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I did experience some noise in the mornings due to renovations happening at the hotel. Additionally, on the first day, I was assigned a standard room instead of the luxury room I had booked, but the situation was quickly resolved the next day.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in Nepal and it was amazing! the rooms were clean and well-maintained, along with reliable Wi-Fi and hot showers. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the main attractions but also quiet enough for a good night's rest. One of my favorite aspects was the delicious breakfast, it was one of the best I've had in Nepal. the staff was very friendly and attentive, which made my stay even better.

Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my experience. From start to finish everything was perfect and hassle-free.
