I had an amazing stay here! The location is so convenient as it's close to different attractions and Coffeeshops & Restaurants. The room was so comfortable, and I loved the terrace and adjoining rooms. The staff was so accommodating, from the reception to the housekeeping to the SPA and management. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a highlight, and I loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The rooftop pool and sun loungers were a lovely touch, and I enjoyed the beauty treatments like manicure and waxing. The wi-fi was fast, and the on-site car park and luggage storage were so handy.

Would recommend this hotel to families, as it's an ideal place for them.

Luxuriously decorated facility with polite and welcoming staff. Impeccable room service with complimentary fruits and sweets. The romantic setup in the room with rose petals and cake was delightful. Comfortable bed and beautiful restaurant with splendid service. Spacious and lavish lobby decorated with marble and chandeliers.

The hotel offered two complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near a variety of shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable, and the rooftop pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The negatives of this hotel far outweighed the positives. the room was not clean - dirty glasses and a lack of towels were the least of our problems.

The restaurant, located in a bustling area, serves delicious food with a lovely ambiance, making it ideal for a meal out. Additionally, the hotel's facilities such as the spa and luxurious decor enhance the overall guest experience.

The poor customer service, including issues with room reservations and long wait times for coffee, detracts from the otherwise pleasant stay.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The value for money was excellent, especially considering the great prices for the luxurious rooms and the exquisite attention to detail. The hotel's location is perfect with a metro station nearby and surrounded by all the shops you need. I especially enjoyed dining at the Pampa restaurant and taking in the different attractions close by. The service from the staff was top-notch, and the basic amenities were great. Lastly, breakfast was a real highlight with so many varieties to choose from.

We had a spectacular stay at a luxurious hotel in Riyadh. the staff were great, especially Mr Sultan at the reception who was very helpful during check-in. the Pampa restaurant offered fantastic dining options, and in-room dining was also excellent and reasonably priced. the room facilities were top-notch, and unlike some other 5 star hotels, the management was generous. We were welcomed with complimentary coffee, sweets, fruits, and 12 complimentary water bottles in the suite. the TV program was awesome, providing not only cable channels but also detailed information about our stay, weather updates, and other news. the hotel extended our check-out time to 4PM when they couldn't check us in by 3PM.

The room view disturbed the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel. Room number 6030 had a disturbing sight of a lot of garbage on the roof behind the window.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive, with outstanding amenities. We experienced exceptional service at the spa and wellness centre, which includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. the massages and facial treatments were top-notch, and the spa lounge was a perfect place to relax.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the beauty treatment. While the manicure and pedicure were fantastic, the waxing service was not up to par.
