The staff were attentive, accommodating, and made us feel like VIPs during our extended stay. We appreciated the scenic location, tranquil ambiance, and the opportunity to witness the Tihar festival. The helpful assistance in arranging a car without upfront payment was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to see Mt. Everest, but the rooftop view was still enjoyable.

The view from the hotel was amazing, and the food was very tasty. the hotel had a spacious area with a nice dining room and the staff was helpful and cheerful. Plus, the location was perched on the top of a mountain which was very cool.

The room was small and damp, with a tiny bathroom that was not very clean. the area around the hotel was depressing, with demolished buildings that looked like bomb sites.
