During our stay at Casa Andina, we encountered some minor inconveniences, but overall, our experience was enjoyable. The staff handled the issues we had with the room appropriately and professionally. The problems were addressed promptly, and we appreciated their efforts in resolving them.

Fast, reliable WiFi. Spotless rooms. Excellent AC. Lovely outdoor area with a bar.

The Wi-Fi was quick all around the hotel, but it was the most noticeable in the lounging area. the view from the bar was impressive and provided a great backdrop with a view of the city. the location was fantastic as it was near a lot of bars and restaurants.

The noise level in the hotel room was high, making it hard to rest throughout the day. the breakfast contained mainly unhealthy foods, and I was unable to find something healthier.

The hotel is awesome, perfect location near downtown. The service is excellent, staff handled all problems correctly. The room is comfortable with helpful extras. The restaurant serves good food.
