The room was spacious, with a working air conditioning and convenient amenities like a clothesline and an electric mosquito repellant. The location was quiet and within walking distance to the riverside. The staff, especially Tanru, were incredibly helpful and hardworking. They went above and beyond to assist me, from providing rehydration packs and medication when I was unwell, to arranging transportation and even personally escorting me to the bus station. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

I got great value for my money at Hotel National Park in Sauraha. The room was comfortable and the location was peaceful, with a nearby river and elephant feeding area. The staff treated me like family, and they were attentive, helpful, and caring throughout my stay.

We had a great experience staying at Hotel National Park. the manager was extremely helpful and made us feel like part of the family. the bed was super comfortable, and the AC and hot water worked well. the location was a bit off center, but it was just a 10-minute walk, so it was no problem. We enjoyed a fantastic 2-hour canoe and full day walking safari in the National Park, thanks to the professional and interesting guide and his assistant.

As youngsters, we loved the excellent value for money and the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The picking up service at the bus park was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the clean and nice rooms, as well as the convenient location walking distance to Chitwan National Park. a great experience!

The owner, Suraj, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. He personally drove us to the pharmacy when we needed it, even though he was busy. The staff was friendly and treated us like family. The Jungle Safari tour recommended by the hotel was fantastic, with an ethical approach to wildlife. The hotel itself was clean, with hot showers and delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Chitwan.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel National Park. On arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary fruit juice, which was a lovely touch. the hotel also offered a free jeep/foot walking tour in the evening, which was a great way to explore the area. We decided to book a safari tour with the hotel and it was truly amazing. the guides were knowledgeable and we even had a delicious packed lunch. the staff at the hotel were friendly and treated us like family. the in-house food was tasty and reasonably priced. For the excellent service and affordable price, I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Chitwan. We will definitely be returning!

The Tharu Culture Program was so entertaining, I felt like I was part of the tribe. The canoe ride down the Rapti River was magical, I even befriended a crocodile. The food at the restaurant was so good, I'm still dreaming about it.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness were the best! the room was clean and the premises were well-maintained. the hotel's key location near Chitwan National Park was a major advantage, allowing us to easily explore the park. the hotel provided free transportation to and from the bus terminal.

The number of animals we encountered during the jeep safari was limited, as it was off-season.

They were always available to answer our questions and provide assistance. the food at the hotel was amazing, catering to all dietary needs including vegan options.

One negative aspect of our stay was the proximity to a nearby elephant camp. We could hear the elephants being mistreated, which was very distressing.

If there's one thing we could have asked for, it would have been a little more late-night partying. The hotel was great for all sorts of amazing activities, but it would have been so much fun if they had some sort of DJ or dance floor for us young party animals.
