The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfy bed. The rooftop swimming pool offered great views of the city and was a refreshing spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. we were impressed with the facilities and amenities provided.

I was also impressed with the service provided by the staff - they were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the amenities such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The rooftop pool was a highlight for me, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the city. Additionally, the spa & wellness center provided a wonderful opportunity for some much-needed relaxation. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The rooms at Ramada were comfortable, well-equipped, and had great views of the mountain range. The size of the room was perfect, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The rooftop bar provided a stunning view and a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunrise. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the coffee was delicious. The staff at Ramada were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel in the middle of Thamel was ideal for exploring the area.

I did find that the food and drinks in the rooftop bar were a bit on the expensive side. Nevertheless, the great ambiance and panoramic view made up for it.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the great breakfast spread with many options to choose from, as well as the well-equipped and spacious room that we stayed in. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

the staff did not seem very honest or helpful when we reported a missing item. while the hotel had the potential to be great, these issues detracted from the experience.

Located in the heart of the bustling tourist area, this hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shops. The taxis called by the staff will take you to well-known spots like El Beso Restaurant. The rooms are comfortable with good bathrooms, and the service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take in the exceptional view from the rooftop, which also boasts a bar and pool.

It would have been better if the hotel had informed guests about the rooftop amenities upon check-in.
