The property was absolutely beautiful, with charming common areas both inside and out. The dining room was cozy and inviting, and the food was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making our experience truly delightful. we loved every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

As party people, we loved the charming, cozy rooms with a stunning fjord view. The staff, especially Katya, were friendly and provided helpful information. The original part of the hotel was filled with unique antiques and artwork. The terrace overlooking the landscaped yard, mountains, and fjord was a highlight. The four-course evening meal and breakfast were delicious and satisfying.

This hotel is a real retreat in peaceful surroundings. The rooms are spotless and well maintained with very comfortable beds and fantastic showers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and beautifully displayed options. The hotel's location in this beautiful little town, with fjord horses and apple orchards, adds to its charm.

We were blown away by the stunning location of this hotel, overlooking the ferry to the beautiful Urnes stave church. The attention to detail in the beautifully appointed room was amazing, and the staff were delightful. The 4-course dinner served at a relaxed pace was a highlight, and the breakfast was good. The gardens were a pleasant place to relax and soak up the sunshine. It truly was a little gem and highly recommended. we would recommend this hotel for its fantastic position and attention to detail.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at a charming hotel on the fjord. The room in the main building had plenty of character. The staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting us in purchasing train tickets when the website wouldn't accept our card. The activities in the area, like the glacier hike and biking to the waterfall, were amazing. we highly recommend including this hotel on your trip to Norway.

The annex room was clean, warm, and pleasant. The evening meal was superb, with delicious, well-presented food. The owner provided a tour of the hotel and gallery. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. The location on the waters edge was wonderful.
