One morning, while I was in the shower, the cleaning staff approached my room. I had locked all the locks on the door, but they somehow managed to unlock it and enter. They informed me that if I didn't want cleaning, I should have put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. It was frustrating because the extra lock on the door seemed pointless in this situation. So, my advice would be to always keep a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Despite this incident, overall I had a good stay at Bastion Hotel and would recommend it.
