We had a great experience at the hotel. the staff at Best Western were extremely helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and comfortable. Although there was a problem with the heating in our first room, the reception quickly resolved the issue by changing our room to a better one. We also appreciated the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. the hotel was in an excellent location, especially for those traveling by car. It was conveniently close to the old town of Delft and a parking garage. the bathroom shower was powerful and had temperature adjustment. the hotel even had a luggage lift to the first floor.

Stayed at a great hotel in the heart of the old town. Best Western Museumhotels is situated perfectly for exploring Delft on foot. the rooms were clean and quiet, although a bit outdated. the staff, especially Alexandra and Dianne, were fantastic. They were professional and also took the time to chat and provide useful advice. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we preferred to try out the local cafés and restaurants, which were conveniently within walking distance. a great value for money if you don't expect a high-end experience!

Some rooms in the main building seemed deteriorated compared to the residence building. The use of paper washcloths instead of face towels felt cheap and didn't match the quality of the accommodations.
