That the water glasses provided in the bathroom were not clean.

Christmas time at this hotel was nice since there were some complimentary treats available like hot chocolate and cookies which was great. The location was also really good, being just a short walk away from the main shopping area. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the town.

The noise in the hallways and slamming of doors made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. , the heating system seemed broken since it was either unbearably hot or freezing cold.

The design of the room at The Niu Coin was really cool and modern. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and always polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location in Ostend was perfect, away from the dodgy main station but still close to everything I needed. The hotel was new and the room felt like I was the first person staying there. The AC was quiet and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. I even had a little bit of a view from my room. The easy access to public transportation was also a plus.
