We had a convenient and comfortable stay at this charming castle in the woods. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel rooms in the old part of the building were full of character. We loved the stained glass window above the stairs and the welcoming breakfast room. The location was quiet and the balcony adjoining our room provided a great view of the surroundings.

The carpets in our room were a bit worn down and could use refurbishment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious touches at this hotel. The champagne and olieballen at midnight on New Year's Eve made our stay extra special. Plus, the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a huge bonus for us.

The old castle itself adds so much charm to the whole experience. We were delighted with the impeccable service we received, from the friendly and helpful staff to the prompt room service and efficient housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The on-site restaurant was a true highlight, offering delectable dishes that surpassed all our expectations. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were thoughtful touches that added to our convenience. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

Celebrated Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the cozy ambiance. the Christmas decorations were beautiful and created a festive atmosphere. the breakfast had plenty of options and the coffee was delicious. It was convenient to have a shuttle service to the nearby train station and free parking was a plus.

The bathroom was outdated and not very clean. the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable, even in the winter.
