I loved the 24/7 self-service check-in, it took away all the stress of arriving late. the free portable WiFi device was a game-changer, no need to worry about burning my data. the lounge area was cosy and the self-service bar was a fun touch.

Charging 2 euros for hot water at the self-serve bar seemed a bit excessive. the bracelets sometimes didn't work, causing issues with accessing the drinks and coffee machine.

I had an awesome experience at CityHub! Luca and Kelvin were super friendly and extremely helpful. Check-in was easy and innovative, with a self-service screen. the sleeping pods were cool and easy to use, with a comfortable bed. the shared bathrooms were clean, and the reception foyer had plenty of seating. a 10/10 experience!

Great comfy beds, loved the self-service drinks and helpful personnel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and close to a food hall with delicious options from different cultures. Plus, the portable WiFi they provided was a huge perk, with fast internet and a decent battery life.

The noise from people walking past the hubs was extremely annoying and disruptive. It felt unnecessary and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Incredible value for the money. the staff was friendly and accommodating, giving us great recommendations for things to do and see. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from amazing restaurants and bars. We also loved the complimentary breakfast and daily happy hour.

The room was a bit noisy, with sounds from the hallways and other rooms easily heard. the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows too lumpy for my taste.

The pods are not soundproof, so noise from the hallway can be heard inside the rooms.
