The room was spacious and had a good TV and free wifi. The location was great, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a persistent smell in the corridors and the shower head mounting was too low, making it difficult to take a proper shower. The noise from the street below was quite loud, especially when sleeping with the window open.

At xmas time the hotel was well-decorated and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and the hot chocolate was delightful. The hotel was located close to the city center with easy access to the Christmas markets.

Our room was very small and had no view at all. , the bed was not comfortable and there was noise from the neighboring room.
