Great spa, relaxing atmosphere

Stayed here for a city break and the spa was definitively the best part of our stay. The facilities were clean and modern, with a variety of pools and saunas to choose from. We especially enjoyed the natural outdoor pool and the salt scrub bath. The location was also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The limited dining options at the hotel. The restaurant had a small menu and was a bit pricey.

Friendly reception and spa staff, accommodating request for connecting rooms. Well-maintained sauna facilities and thermal water. Good location near railway station. Lovely lavender room, wide range of massages, and delicious food in the restaurant. Bathrobes and maps provided. Convenient cafe areas. Nice and clean room, free tea and coffee all day. Half-board option recommended for amazing restaurant.

Some guests have complained about noise from the nearby highway, which can be disruptive even with the windows closed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by picturesque scenery and only a short distance from the railway station. The hotel had a big park and a lovely outdoor swimming area, perfect for relaxation. The lavender room I stayed in was beautiful and provided a calming atmosphere. The range of massages offered was impressive and added to the luxurious experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was very good. I appreciated the fact that a bathrobe was provided, along with a map of the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
