The live music during check-in created a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for our stay.

We were disappointed to find out that there was a fee for Wi-Fi connection—$12.90 per 24 hours is a steep charge in this day and age.

checking in was a total disaster, and the staff questioned my long stay instead of making me feel welcome. the dirty bedsheets took over 2 hours to change. how am I supposed to relax? on top of that, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but of course, that never happened. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the vibrant boardwalk and so many great dining options nearby, including a nice coffee shop with a variety of choices.

The check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional. The receptionist had zero hospitality skills, making me feel unwelcome from the start. I asked for basic assistance and got nothing. even directions to the elevators were poorly communicated. Overall, the lack of care and service profoundly affected my experience at the hotel.

The sauna was a fantastic spot to relax after a long day of exploring. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been complimentary — but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

It was just an ideal choice for a flash visit in Atlantic City with high value for money. The hotel had connected rooms that provided a nice indirect ocean view, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to check out nearby dining options as the breakfast on-site was pretty average.

The location is fantastic, just across the boardwalk from a mini amusement park. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the helpful guide near the elevators.

The couch in the room showed signs of wear, and there was a lack of cleanliness in some common areas.

The indoor pool was relaxing, but the Wi-Fi charge was a bummer.

The spacious room had a stunning ocean view, providing a relaxing backdrop for our stay. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding, while the variety of dining options catered to all tastes. Unfortunately, there were issues with the lack of in-room information about hotel amenities, which could have enhanced our experience. Additionally, the elevators seemed outdated, making us a bit uneasy during our visits. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff contributed positively to our experience.

Had an awesome time at this hotel with friends! We enjoyed the cool casino atmosphere and loved exploring the music memorabilia all around. We spent our evenings at Kuro and Sandpiper, which were both fantastic. Our room was spacious, allowing us to relax and plan our adventures for the next day. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Great room but tricky service

The room was super spacious and clean! We even made use of in-room breakfast, which was a nice treat. However, the check-in process was chaotic and it took forever. Plus, WiFi costs extra, which was kinda annoying. Wish they had better customer service. The location was still a hit, close to so many spots!
