The pool area is a chill spot with plenty of lounge chairs. The rooms are spacious and clean, plus the gym is surprisingly big.

This spot is full of life! The pool was refreshing, and the friendly staff really made our stay special. The food options, especially Gordon Ramsay's burger, were delicious and made it hard to choose just one place to eat!

Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino boasts an excellent location right on the strip, surrounded by diverse dining options. The Miracle Shops connection is a standout, and the spacious bathrooms are well-maintained. improvements could be made in housekeeping consistency and room amenities for an even better experience.

Loved the check-in kiosk and the spacious room with an incredible view of the Strip. The bathtub was a highlight, perfect for relaxation after exploring. the wi-fi restrictions were frustrating, and check-in was unorganized. It took too long, with only a few staff handling a surge of guests. Water outages and poor curtain coverage made it hard to relax. The gym was small, and it was disappointing to find only partial pool access. Despite some hiccups, I’d return—just with a few adjustments in my expectations.

From my experience, it’s almost impossible to beat the central mid-Strip vibe, with the Miracle Mile Shopping Center just a short stroll away for those shopping and dining cravings, as well as being less than a 5-minute walk to the sumptuous Bellagio Conservatory, making it super easy to explore famous nearby attractions like the Venetian and the MG Grand Arena; plus, the spacious and comfy rooms offered a great mountain view, though I wish the casino staff were a bit more attentive.

I appreciated the view from the 6th floor and its proximity to the pool area. the sheets felt itchy. Temperature control was adequate, but the overall cleanliness could be improved—especially the bathtub, which I had to clean before use. The noise level was manageable, providing a quiet retreat. Although the food options on-site were plentiful and convenient, room service included a $10 delivery fee. Housekeeping was prompt, but maintenance support over the phone lacked effectiveness. A mixed experience that highlights both comfort and areas needing improvement.

Our check-in was a nightmare! After a long flight, we waited forever just to find out our room wasn’t ready. When we finally got in, it was still dirty, with hair on the floor and dust everywhere. So frustrating!

great location, excellent staff, beautiful room

The room was comfy but smelled of cigarettes. Staff were hit or miss, but those machines at check-in were a lifesaver. The $9 breakfast voucher at Starbucks wasn't enough for a proper meal. I LOVED the outdoor pool, so relaxing! Would return for that pool alone. Photos don't do justice to the noise level.

Clear room communication is vital for improvement. The potential is there, but execution needs serious refinement.
