Got a great deal for New Year’s Eve and was pleasantly surprised! Staff was helpful and accommodating with our requests. the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were a plus. Location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom could have used some updating. the noise from outside was a little loud, but that's to be expected in a bustling location.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Sofia for a few nights. The location was excellent, right next to the central rail and bus stations. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly, even recommending a fantastic local Bulgarian restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the WIFI was fast and reliable.

The location near the main Bus and Railway Station was perfect for our needs. Our room was spacious and the double bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite overlooking a street with trams, the noise didn't bother us. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with some toiletries provided. The air-conditioning in the room was a bonus. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, even allowing us to check in early and arranging a take-away breakfast for us when we had an early morning trip. The breakfast buffet may not have been extensive, but the small tasty pies were a nice touch. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
