The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the central station and the museum quarter. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the disabled room was spacious and well, equipped, although it may not be suitable for someone in a wheelchair by themselves.

There were some disappointments during our stay. the hotel was advertised as a 4, star but was actually a 3, star.

Location on number 26 tram: The hotel was conveniently located near the number 26 tram, making it convenient to travel around the city. Breakfast: The hotel served an excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted me with a "good morning" or "welcome home.

Rooms are well-appointed and comfortable with good light placement and enough outlets to meet your electronic needs. Breakfast is great, with a variety of options to choose from, including Lactose-free milk for those who need it.

There was an issue regarding room allocation which resulted in an uncomfortable situation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it tempting to sleep in every day. The hotel was spotlessly clean, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests. The location was one of the best aspects, as it had great access to public transport. We were able to easily reach the hotel from Centraal Station by taking the tram or bus. Additionally, there were supermarkets nearby, providing convenience for any essential needs during our stay.

The room was spacious and had a modern design with plenty of outlets. the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay better. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was good with a variety of options available.

The carpet in the room showed signs of aging and was not well-maintained, with noticeable stains. We experienced issues with the wake-up call service, as the staff forgot to set the alarm.

Convenient location near Central Rail Station, water and museum areas. Tram stop 100m away, city center easily accessible in 10 minutes. Triple room was clean, reception staff very kind and helpful. Rich breakfast buffet included. Private parking available for additional cost. Great experience, would stay again! 🌟

We had the best service ever at Hampton! Mike, our hotel staff, provided exceptional service that made our stay truly enjoyable. The room itself was very nice and well-maintained. The staff, in general, were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with a tram to the city center just across the road. This hotel definitely lived up to the 100% Hampton standard.
