We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in Al Bada area was perfect, with easy access to most of the attractions. The surrounding area was vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly receptionist to the attentive room service. We would highly recommend their services, as they made us feel welcome and ensured our needs were met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and a fitness studio. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, keeping us connected during our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I got great value for my money staying at Rotana in Dubai. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

Well-groomed staff, helpful front desk, and a sincere guest receiver. Indoor swimming with controlled water temperature was enjoyable. Convenient bus stops nearby and delicious food. Clean rooms with fresh bedding, and exceptional pool staff. Reception provided friendly service with exceptional manners. The attentive staff, especially Paras and Fairoos , made my stay spotless and arranged all business requirements.

Great Location Friendly Hotel

I loved staying here as it's located in the heart of the city, with easy access to all attractions. The location is perfect and despite being in an area prone to traffic congestions, it's easy to walk around and explore. Furthermore, the hotel provides excellent service room service, car hire, and 24-hour room service. The staff here are super friendly and would highly recommend their services 10 out of 10. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with wonderful amenities, including an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.

Additionally, it is not far from Jumeirah Beach, allowing for some fun in the sun. The hotel is also close to the planet tax free stations in the airport, making it convenient for business travellers. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as a safe, fridge, and air conditioning. The staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs.

The breakfast experience at the hotel's restaurant can sometimes be a bit crowded, with limited seating available, and the hot drinks can be served lukewarm, which might be disappointing for some guests.

Excellent service and delicious food. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay a pleasurable experience. The room service was top-notch, and the breakfast was superb. Despite a few drawbacks, such as limited pool area and no shisha service, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel. we had a memorable stay at Rotana and would love to come back.
