The location was great and the staff were very professional and friendly. The room was a good size and the bed was too. Also very lovely warm/hot shower too. The hotel is perfect for families.

This hotel was a great value for the money. It is located right above a pub and close to all the attractions in the city centre, which made it very convenient. The room had a large bed and comfy beds, with a great shower. I appreciated that breakfast was included in my rate, even though the soggy scrambled eggs were not the best.

This hotel is located right in the midst of everything, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with the added bonus of air conditioning to keep you comfortable. The huge walk-in showers are a nice touch and provide a refreshing start to the day. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities provided are exactly what you need for a short stay.

I stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel for my honeymoon in Liverpool and was blown away by the amazing service. Cristina, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our stay special by upgrading our room and surprising us with a card and wine. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated near all the main attractions. The rooms were a perfect size and the comfort of the beds was exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff really made our experience memorable.

I recently stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel - City Centre for 3 nights and I couldn't recommend it more. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights and attractions. The facilities were great, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast, complete with a waffle maker, was a delightful treat. Plus, they offer rooms for 3 adults, perfect for family vacations.

Easter at the hotel was great as they offered chocolate eggs during check-in, and a nice Easter Sunday breakfast with complementary mimosas. Plus, the hotel's central location made it easy to visit popular attractions and shopping areas. the room was spacious and comfortable with great views of the city skyline.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with stained bedding and missing toiletries. the issue was reported to staff, but their response was lackluster and there was no compensation offered.
