We had a great stay at this accommodation. the property was conveniently located and had good security measures in place. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a clean and modern bathroom. the staff were friendly and the internet speed was impressive. We also appreciated the free parking and the complimentary tea and coffee. the onsite restaurant was excellent, offering tasty food.

We stayed at a modern hotel located in a bustling business park. The location was ideal, with easy access to main buses and a nearby bus stop. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light and offered a great view of the business area. The bathroom had a large shower stall with strong water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included a variety of options.

The wifi speed was rather low and unstable.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we appreciated the two complimentary amenities that were offered to us. the location was convenient for those with cars, as it was a short drive to surrounding areas. we enjoyed the option of bike rental which allowed for a fun and unique way to explore the nearby sights.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express Utrecht - Papendorp was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The young lady working the breakfast buffet was friendly and helpful, making the dining experience enjoyable. The free parking was also a great convenience. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the convenience of the in-house pizzeria. the hotel was quiet, and being close to the highway and bus stop made it easy for us to explore the area.

this hotel exceeded my expectations with its secure parking for large vehicles, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. It was the perfect rest stop on my long drive back to the UK from Warsaw. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express in a lovely location. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. the rooms were spotlessly clean with innovative storage options. the showers had great water pressure and the beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows to choose from. the Wi-Fi worked well and parking was free and convenient. the staff were well-trained and treated all guests with equal courtesy.

The location turned out to be better than expected as there is a bus stop just 4 minutes away from the hotel. From there, you can easily reach the city center in 10-15 minutes for a reasonable price of €2.80. Alternatively, you can also enjoy a scenic 45-minute bike ride to the town or take a quick taxi. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The basic amenities provided in the room were adequate. Despite some noise coming from the reception desk, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and modern.

The breakfast experience could be improved. Tables were often dirty, and there was a wait for clean dishes, cutlery, and bread.
