I recently stayed at De Roode Leeuw for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is just perfect, with tram stations right in front and easy access to different destinations. Despite being small, the rooms were incredibly clean and cozy, and even though I had the smallest room with a single bed, the space was not an issue for me as a solo traveler. The hotel is also near everything, making it ideal for families or solo female travelers. The secure elevator and proximity to attractions like the DAM Square and the Red Light District made it even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The central location allowed for easy walking to tourist attractions. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

My partner and I recently stayed at De Roode Leeuw for 2 nights. The location was perfect, situated in the center of the city near many attractions. We were able to walk to everything within 5 minutes and the tram station was right next to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a hot, strong shower. The staff were helpful and we received fresh towels daily. The hotel even upgraded us to a superior room for my partner's birthday. the service was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place in the heart of the city! The location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the center of Amsterdam, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We were able to easily explore the city on foot, with many attractions just a short walk away. The hotel is also conveniently situated near a tram station, making it easy to venture further if needed.

We would highly recommend this venue to everyone. It exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious comfort and quality services.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with amazing comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the station and within view of Dam Square. We also appreciated the fact that there were several other 4-star hotels in this city in close proximity.

This hotel couldn't be better located, right off Dam square on the Damrak. It's perfect, in the middle of everything and right in the center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with slippers and robes as a nice touch. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. Plus, some rooms have a double balcony, offering a great view.

The elevator was not working during the renovation, making it difficult to go up several floors with luggage.

Our stay was great thanks to the fantastic location of the hotel. We were right in the center of all the canal action, close to Dam Square and a shopping center as well. The room was adequately clean and cozy. The bathroom, although small, had everything we needed. We appreciated the diverse breakfast options and enjoyed a high-quality dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The fire alarm situation during our stay was handled poorly, causing confusion and chaos.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable with a bonus of a coffee machine. The location was perfect, right next to Dam Square, and the staff went above and beyond to help us.

I had a good stay at this hotel, which offered great value for money. the staff were all friendly and helpful, which made my visit even better. the hotel was located in a key area that was easily accessible from major attractions. One other advantage I enjoyed was the complimentary Wi-Fi that made it easy to stay connected.

My room was quite small and felt a bit cramped, which made it hard to move around and store my belongings. the noise level from outside the hotel was quite high, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
