The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel and the spacious rooms, including the lovely balcony, added to the overall positive experience. I also want to mention that the staff went above and beyond during a difficult time for my family, providing support and assistance during the funeral of my father-in-law.

The hotel also had excellent leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and spa lounge. The free Wi-Fi was a great addition, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. this place was a true haven of comfort and relaxation.

Spent xmas here and loved it! the restaurant was amazing - they had the most delicious five-course meal with free drinks included. Also enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the fact that breakfast was included in the reasonable price. the location was perfect - right near all the lovely shops and great restaurants.

Only downside was that the pool facilities didn’t open until 5 pm, which was a bit late for my liking. However, when I asked reception, they were super cool and opened it for me earlier.

The staff were very welcoming. Booked a spare bed without problem. Clean room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast selection. Lovely and helpful staff. Flexible swimming pool hours. Delicious breakfast favorites. Friendly and efficient night staff.
