During our Christmas vacation, we had a great experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated close to all the main attractions and streets. We were able to explore the city easily without worrying about long commutes. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring we felt welcome throughout our time there.

There were a few things that could be improved. the rooms did not match the pictures online.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the city, opposite a pier of a Gracht, near by Rokin Metro station, and just steps away from the tram. The rooms are well-maintained, with good showers and a double bed with no extra cost. The breakfast was included and served with quite a few gluten-free options, which was totally enough for my taste.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel located directly in the city centre. It was convenient for sightseeing and going out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the decoration in the hotel cafe and our room was lovely. The lounge area was a nice place to hang out, and there was always light food and drinks available.
