I had a fantastic stay at the Garden Room in Painswick. the newly constructed room had a solid roof and shuttered windows, providing a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. the room was heated by radiators, ensuring warmth during colder weather, and there was even the option of additional heating from a Swedish wood burning stove. the Garden Room had its own separate entrance, allowing for privacy and easy access. the furnishings were stylish and comfortable, with impeccable attention to detail. Martyn, the host, was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a perfect stay. Our candlelit breakfast conversations were a highlight of our visit.

I recently stayed at Croft House Guest Suite for a weekend getaway in the Cotswolds. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town and a great base for exploring other villages. The room was beautiful, with a cozy and modern design. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep. The shower was amazing and the little details like the top-notch hairdryer made me feel pampered. Martin, the owner, was a wonderful host - friendly, helpful, and great to chat with. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and his healthy breakfast was delicious. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Croft House Guest Suite.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming guest suite. The room was beautifully decorated with a sumptuous bed and colonial-style shuttered windows. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail was apparent throughout. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the quaint town and with plenty of things to see and do in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great advice on local places to visit.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. We were able to venture out to other charming towns within easy walking distance. The room, in an annexe off the main house, was private, quiet, and immaculate. It felt incredibly homely with its cosy and exceptionally clean atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident, from the original weavers cottage architecture to the thoughtfully placed storage spaces for our belongings. The breakfast served with a platter of delicious fruit was incredible, and the fresh ingredients made it truly delightful.

Stayed here for Easter and honestly, it was just okay. the only thing that was good about the place was that it was located centrally and had free Wi-Fi. the breakfast was also decent, but nothing to write home about.

Our Garden Room was in shambles, with a lot of maintenance issues. the shower head was leaking and the water was not hot enough.

We had a fantastic stay at Croft House. From the moment we made contact with Martyn, we received prompt and efficient communication, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend upon arrival. the room in the annexe was private, quiet, and immaculate, providing a homely atmosphere. Martyn's local knowledge was invaluable, as he recommended great places to eat and visit in the area. the breakfast served in the main house dining room was a perfect balance of healthy and delicious. the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the comfortable bed to the hot and strong shower, was impeccable. the property's own filtered water tasted so much better than the town supply, adding to the overall experience. Croft House is a true oasis of beauty and perfection, creating a relaxing and peaceful ambiance that we highly recommend. If we ever find ourselves in the Cotswolds again, we will definitely be returning to Croft House.
