Lovely staff, helpful and pleasant. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent location on the edge of historic center. Nice view from some rooms. Parking available in front of the hotel. Recently renovated rooms with modern amenities. Quiet at night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful architecture and charming shopping center in the old walled town near the hotel. Being just a short walk away, it made exploring Hulst incredibly convenient. The room itself was clean and airy, providing great value for the price. The secure parking and good food at the adjoining restaurant were added bonuses. In the end, it was an excellent choice for a budget-friendly stay.

A warm welcome from the owners who spoke excellent English was a great start to our new year's stay. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to the town center and offered easy access to local attractions. The breakfast was very enjoyable and had a good variety of foods to choose from, including freshly baked bread and a selection of meats and cheeses.

The room we were given was not up to our expectations. The heating system did not work well, which made our stay uncomfortable during the winter months.
