I was pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking city view from my Executive Room. The two wide windows allowed me to soak in the beauty of Amsterdam throughout my stay. The concierge provided helpful information and were friendly. The dinner at the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant was delightful, especially the sake. The hotel's location was convenient for both business and tourist purposes. The personal touch and attentive service from the staff made me forget that it was a large hotel. Despite some minor remarks about the restaurant service and the lack of opening windows in the room, I would still highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay at a hotel located in front of a charming canal. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Rai station and the RAI exhibition centre. The tram line number 12 was also conveniently nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great selection of food. the hotel offered fantastic facilities, including a gym and pool.

I had a fantastic stay at The Leading Hotels Of The World in Amsterdam. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. My room was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was absolutely luxurious. The Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor was a great perk, offering complimentary snacks, breakfast, and beverages. The hotel's Japanese restaurants were also a highlight, serving delicious food. The pool facilities were excellent, although I wish the water had been a bit warmer. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center by tram. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay in Amsterdam.

Elegance and class, with a beautiful location close to the city center. Our room on the top floor had amazing views, and the breakfast selection was great. The staff, especially Mart van der Burg, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake.

The lifts were a major issue, with long wait times. The breakfast buffet was small and the food ran out quickly, causing guests to wait.

Complimentary tea and coffee in the room and generous toiletries provided in the bathroom were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great - within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. the view from our room was amazing, we could see the beautiful city skyline from our balcony.

The staff at the restaurant seemed overwhelmed and we had to wait quite a while to be served. the noise from the neighboring rooms was quite loud and we could hear people talking and walking around late at night.

As young holiday goers, we were thrilled by the wide range of facilities at Hotel Okura. The spa, although could have longer opening hours, was fantastic for relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff, including Eric, Fatima, and Martin, were all incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. the hotel's facilities were superb and exceeded our expectations.

my recent stay at this hotel in Amsterdam was absolutely amazing. The location was easily accessible and close to the RAI exhibition center. The rooms were comfortable with a fabulous view and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel exceeded my expectations and lived up to the standards of The Leading Hotels Of The World.

As a member of the Leading Hotels Of the World, Hotel Okura Amsterdam provided exceptional service from the moment we booked. the staff made us feel like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were able to check in early and were given the suite with the amazing view that we requested. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to the airport and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views and friendly bartenders. the spacious room, particularly the huge bathroom and luxurious bed, made our stay even more enjoyable. Hotel Okura Amsterdam exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning for future trips.
