The spa staff were fantastic. the massage was blissfull and felt amazing. very limited seating in the lounge.

moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and treats for our special occasion. While the room was luxurious and clean, finding necessities like a toothbrush was a bit challenging. The food was a culinary delight, especially the Japanese breakfast!

The corner king executive room offered comfort and elegance, though a dated touch and a view of an industrial area were less appealing. The executive lounge access was worthwhile. An exceptional breakfast spread kept us energized for the day. Perfect location near the metro for convenient city access.

The warm and sociable staff made us feel like valued guests, with special mention to Darin, whose kindness was truly memorable.

Check-in was unnecessarily slow, making for a less-than-ideal first impression.

i was absolutely appalled that during my stay, housekeeping forgot to clean my room and i had to request it. i also had the audacity to expect complimentary gifts or a discount for my troubles, but here i am with nothing. oh, and i must mention that the early check-in fee is just ridiculous, very unappropiate for a so-called luxury hotel.
